Karoline is an experienced consultant specializing in social project and strategy development. With a collaborative approach and a passion for making a positive impact, Karoline empowers organizations to achieve their goals. Karoline has a background from developing organizations and creating impact, amongst other through campaigns and communication, and holds an M.A. in International Studies. I thrive from facilitating teams and collaborators come up with simple solutions to complex challenges by using the tools of co-creation.
